MATCH NOTES

Taking on USL Championship squad Birmingham Legion in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup, Chattanooga was defeating 4-1, bowing out in the second round. Last season the club was also taken out in the second round by a USL Championship squad (Louisville City FC).
Eight of the 12 USL League One teams are currently sitting at 4 or 5 points. The full standings can be found here.
Lexington SC has seen four players—Don Smart, Nico Brown, Owen Green and Khalid Balogun—score goals in league play.
Last weekend’s 2-0 loss to Greenville Triumph SC marked the second time this season Lexington was held without a goal. Despite being down to 10 men for much of the match, Lexington dominated possession (62% to 38%).
