LEXINGTON, Ky. – Lexington Sporting Club has its second consecutive home match Saturday, hosting Northern Colorado Hailstorm FC for the first ever meeting between the teams.
Kickoff inside Toyota Stadium is scheduled for 7 p.m.
Lexington SC (2-5-2, 8 points) is coming off a 1-1 draw against rival One Knoxville SC, and is currently 10th in the USL League One standings.
Northern Colorado Hailstorm FC (4-1-2, 14 points) is fourth on the table, but has a league-leading three-match winning streak entering Saturday’s match. They recently defeated CV Fuego by a wide 4-1 margin.

MATCH NOTES
All of Lexington SC’s points have come at home, where the squad is 2-1-2 overall in five matches.
Nico Brown scored his second goal of the season in last week’s 1-1 draw against One Knoxville SC, joining Khalid Balogun and Don Smart as Lexington players with multiple goals. Tate Robertson provided his team-high third assist on Brown’s goal.
By making an appearance in last Saturday’s game, Lexington’s Don Smart became the seventh player in USL League One history to eclipse 100 matches.
Lexington SC currently ranks third in the league in big chances created at 18. The only clubs that currently rank higher are North Carolina FC and South Georgia Tormenta FC.
The man to watch for Hailstorm FC is forward Trevor Amann, who has scored seven goals and recorded an assist in the last four games, putting him on top of the Golden Boot race.
