Welcome and thanks for choosing Lexington Sporting Club Indoor! Below you’ll find league information for the upcoming Winter I 2025 season.
Key Details for Winter I 2025 Season
- Season Dates: October 13 – December 18
- Format: 7-week regular season plus guaranteed 2-game playoffs
- Game Times: All matches scheduled between 7:30 PM – 11:30 PM
- Player Registration Fee: $110 per player
- Registration Period: September 8 at 10:00 AM – October 3
- Roster Deadline: Each team must have a minimum of 6 players (Indoor 2 leagues) or 8 players (Indoor 1 leagues) registered by October 10 to keep their spot in the league.
We operate using individual player fees instead of team fees. All players must be registered and paid before their first game to be eligible. Players can be added to rosters through the first 4 games at a pro-rated fee. Team captains manage rosters in their Dash portal and can invite or drop players at any time.

Injury Substitutions
If your team sustains an injury during regular season play, you may add an “emergency substitution.” This option is only available during the regular season and does not apply to playoffs.

Indoor 1 – 3025 Blake James Drive
- Mondays: Men’s Competitive (8v8) – High-level competition for 8 skilled teams
- Wednesdays: Coed Over 40 (8v8) – Experienced players aged 40+, space for 8 teams
- Thursdays: Coed Competitive (8v8) – Serious, skillful play for 8 competitive teams
Indoor 2 – 404 Sporting Court
- Mondays: Coed Social (6v6) – Relaxed, social environment with up to 8 teams
- Tuesdays: Coed Competitive (6v6) – Fast-paced, challenging league for competitive players
- Tuesdays: Coed Recreational (6v6) – Spirited play in a social setting for up to 8 teams
Games start at 7:30 PM.

Important Dates
- Registration Opens: September 8 at 10:00 AM
- Registration Deadline: October 3
- Roster Minimum Deadline: October 10 (6 players for 6v6, 8 players for 8v8)
League Features
- Over-18 play

- Two 26-minute halves with a 2-minute halftime

How to Register
Team Captains: Can invite players to their team anytime through the 4th week of play via the Dash portal. Invited players will receive an email link to register.
Registering After the Deadline: Teams with a complete roster may still be accepted after October 3, but placement is not guaranteed. Email cvaladez@lexsporting.com for availability.
Free Agents: Don’t have a team? Register as a free agent. If teams do not have the required roster size after October 10, free agents may be assigned. If numbers allow, a free agent team may be created.

- Indoor 2 (404 Sporting Court): 185 x 85
- Indoor 1 (3025 Blake James Drive): 226 x 96
Rosters
- Minimum of 6 players required for 6v6 leagues (Indoor 2)
- Minimum of 8 players required for 8v8 leagues (Indoor 1)
- No roster maximums. If teams fall short of the minimum, free agents may be added.

This fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee a spot on a team but gives you a chance to join the fun if a team needs an extra player!
