Our Sports Performance Program is a structured training regimen designed to enhance athletic abilities across key areas such as strength, speed, agility, endurance, and mobility. Tailored for athletes of all levels, our Sports Performance program uses evidence-based methods to optimize performance and reduce injury risk.
CLASSES AND PROGRAMS
SPEED, AGILITY + FITNESS GROUP CLASS
Led by Alex Shkraba, Director of Sports Performance, these group classes are designed to enhance athletic abilities across key areas such as strength, speed, agility, endurance, and mobility. Classes are tailored for athletes of all levels and leverage evidence based training methods to help players reduce injury risk and optimize their performance.
Classes are offered Mondays and Fridays
4:30pm – 5:30pm: Ages 7-12
5:30pm – 6:30pm: Ages 13-18
$25 per athlete, per class

THE TRAINING LAB: DEVELOP, REFINE, ELEVATE
The Training Lab was developed to maximize individual player development by combining our top a-la-carte private training programs into a holistic training session.
The Training Lab is a complete technical and performance program focused on elite ball mastery, footwork precision, weak-foot development, 1v1 dominance, finishing efficiency, and passing accuracy. Integrates TOCA training and advanced sports-performance work to elevate players at all levels.
The Training Lab includes Sports Performance programming.

Sports Performance & TOCA Small Group Classes
Combining two of our top a-la-carte programing into one 60 minute session- 30 minutes of Sports Performance and 30 minutes of TOCA.
Classes are offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
4:00pm – 5:00pm: Ages 7-9
5:00pm – 6:00pm: Ages 10-12
6:00pm – 7:00pm: Ages 13-15
$35 per athlete, per session
Maxmium of 4 players per session
