TAMPA, Fla. — Following Lexington Sporting Club’s 3-2 comeback victory over Monterey Bay FC last weekend, midfielder Aaron Molloy was named to the USL Championship Week 22 Team of the Week.
Molloy assisted LSC’s first goal of the match, finding Braudílio Rodrigues down the middle of the pitch for the club’s first of three unanswered scores.
The captain created five scoring chances overall to lead Lexington, and his 105 total touches led all players. He also led all players with 18 final third entries.
On the defensive side of the ball, Molloy logged five interceptions, won all seven attempted duels and led all players by winning possession eight times.
The Team of the Week inclusion marks the sixth weekly award of the 2026 season for Molloy.
