God’s Pantry Food Drive
Ahead of Lexington SC’s annual rivalry series vs. Louisville City FC — the annual Commonwealth Cup, presented by Republic Bank — the club teams up with God’s Pantry Food Bank to host a food drive. LSC collects food donations across town and players make the trip to drop donations off.
Lexington Humane Society
LSC and the Lexington Humane Society partnered in 2025, and each year since, a number of LSC players pay a visit to walk and play with the dogs on site. The Humane Society then attends Pups at the Pitch Night at Lexington SC Stadium along with dogs up for adoption.

Golisano Children’s Hospital at UK Player for a Day
Golisano Children’s Hospital patients like Zay Pugh are offered an exclusive matchday experience. Zay signed a one-day contract for LSC, met head coach Mac Hemmi and the players, toured the stadium, was honored on the field during the pre-match coin toss and more.

Teddy Bear Toss
Lexington SC hosts an annual Teddy Bear Toss during the men’s and women’s season, benefitting Golisano Children’s Hospital at UK. Fans are encouraged to bring a new, unused and tagged teddy bear or stuffed animal to the match and throw them onto the pitch at halftime. They are then collected and donated to patients at Golisano Children’s Hospital.
