2025 Winter Break TOCA Camp
Indoor 1 (3025 Blake James Dr.)
TOCA Camp offers a dynamic training experience for players of all skill levels, focusing on developing technical abilities, tactical understanding, and confidence on the field. The camp combines innovative training methods, including small-sided games and advanced drills, with personalized coaching to help athletes enhance their ball control, decision-making, and overall soccer IQ.

Skills Camp
Indoor 1 (3025 Blake James Dr.)
This intensive 1-day camp focuses on developing each player’s technical precision, speed, and decision-making. Athletes will rotate through dynamic technical footwork stations, train with TOCA Football technology, and participate in Sports Performance sessions. The day concludes with small-sided games that encourage creativity, teamwork, and the application of skills in a competitive, game-like environment.

SPECIALIZED GROUP TRAINING
Striker Training
Indoor 1 (3025 Blake James Dr.)
Led by Sean Mondelli, these group sessions focus on all aspects of striking the ball and how to better play the striker position. We will cover proper technique, awareness, striking power, finesse, ability to adapt to your surrounding, etc. Each session will be fast-paced, exciting, fun, and hundreds of touches on the ball. All sessions are open to the public for anyone who wants to improve their game! Classes will be held on Thursday evenings, divided into specific age groups.

Goalkeeper Training
Indoor 1 (3025 Blake James Dr.)
Open to goalkeepers of all levels, these group sessions focus on technical training, game-specific scenarios, and fitness tailored to the unique demands of the position. Led by experienced goalkeeper coaches, each session emphasizes footwork, handling, diving, and decision-making to help you build confidence and consistency in goal.

Led by Alex Shkraba, Director of Sports Performance, these group classes are designed to enhance athletic abilities across key areas such as strength, speed, agility, endurance, and mobility. Classes are tailored for athletes of all levels and leverage evidence based training methods to help players reduce injury risk and optimize their performance.

The Training Lab: Develop, Refine, Elevate
Indoor 1 (3025 Blake James Dr.)
The Training Lab was developed to maximize individual player development by combining our top a-la-carte private training programs into a holistic training session.
The Training Lab is a complete technical and performance program focused on elite ball mastery, footwork precision, weak-foot development, 1v1 dominance, finishing efficiency, and passing accuracy. Integrates TOCA training and advanced sports-performance work to elevate players at all levels.
Training Options: Individual 1:1 Training, Small-Group Training (2-6 players) or Team Training (6+ players)

TOCA offers personalized training for players of any age and level. Each one-on-one session is tailored to a player’s needs, building on strengths and improving weaknesses in a mistake-friendly environment. Using a smaller ball and realistic, low-pressure scenarios, TOCA helps players sharpen control and decision-making—so when similar situations arise in a game, they’re ready.
