Additional Fees Details
A credit card processing fee will be applied to all applications using a credit card for payment.
Payments can be made by credit card or by check. If you pay by credit card, card information will be entered when registering, but card will not be charged until officially accepted.

Girls’ Weekend Payment Deadline: July 31, 2025
Boys’ Weekend Payment Deadline: August 7, 2025

Hotel Information
This is a Stay to Play tournament requiring that all teams outside of 100 miles must utilize our partner hotels listed on our website. All teams must go through our Housing Coordinator. Our housing manager will reach out to you within two (2) business days of applying to the event with a housing link to book reservations.
Referee Contact and Application:
Once confirmed the referee contact and application will available.
Online Check-In Information:
Check in will be completed electronically via your team’s GotSport account. You should submit the required documents by uploading them into the same GotSport account you used to apply for the tournament. All required paperwork must be submitted by Sunday, August 19, 2025 at 11:00 pm for Girl’s Weekend and Sunday, August 17pril 20, 2025 at 11:00 pm for Boys’ Weekend.
There will be no on site check in for this tournament.
