Sharts, a 5-foot-11 native of Newbury Park, California, began her collegiate career at UCLA before transferring to the University of Colorado. During her time with the Buffaloes, she appeared in 78 matches, starting all but two, and served as team captain for three seasons. She recorded nine goals and six assists and earned First Team All-Pac-12, United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-America, and CoSIDA Academic All-America First Team honors. 

In early 2023, Sharts signed her first professional contract with KuPS in Finland’s Kansallinen Liiga. She made an immediate impact, notably scoring a dramatic last-minute header to secure a 2–1 victory in a UEFA Women’s Champions League qualifying match against HB Køge.

Fung, a Southern California native with serious spark, brings a creative and high-energy presence to the Lexington midfield. She starred at UC Irvine during her college career, starting all 48 matches across two seasons, racking up over 3,600 minutes, three goals, and 13 assists. She was a two-time First Team All–Big West selection and helped lead the Anteaters to back-to-back postseason appearances. 

Before transferring to Irvine, Fung began her collegiate journey at the University of Texas, making 18 appearances as a freshman. She also earned two United Soccer Coaches Youth All-American honors and spent time in multiple U.S. Youth National Team camps, including the U-15, U-16, and U-17 levels. 

After college, Fung signed with Fort Lauderdale United FC for the inaugural 2024/25 USL Super League season. She made 21 appearances for the club and logged 466 minutes, providing playmaking off the bench and four assists during her rookie campaign.

Pantuso, a Thousand Oaks, California, native, brings a wealth of international and domestic experience to Lexington’s roster. A versatile and consistent presence, she most recently played for Brooklyn FC during the 2024/25 USL Super League season, where she started and played every single minute of all 28 matches, totaling 2,520 minutes. 

Prior to her time in Brooklyn, Pantuso competed professionally across Europe with clubs in Switzerland, France, Finland and Sweden. Her international resume includes appearances with FF Lugano in the Swiss Women’s Super League and IFK Kalmar in Sweden’s Damallsvenskan. 

Pantuso played collegiately at Oregon State University, where she made 71 appearances and served as team captain. She was twice named to the Pac-12 All-Academic Second Team and earned team MVP honors in her final season.

Weinert joins Lexington SC after completing the 2024/25 season with Spokane Zephyr FC in the USL Super League. She originally joined the club on loan from Seattle Reign FC before finalizing a permanent transfer in early 2025. During her time in Spokane, Weinert made 23 appearances and scored three goals while adding one assist. She was named USL Super League Player of the Month for April after a standout month that included all three of her goals and her assist. 

A native of Milwaukie, Oregon, Weinert played collegiately at Oregon State University before transferring to the University of Washington. Over her college career, she totaled 97 appearances, 25 goals and 14 assists. She earned All-Pac-12 honors and was selected to the United Soccer Coaches All-Region team. 

Weinert began her professional career as a national team replacement player with Seattle Reign FC in 2023 and was retained into the following season before her move to Spokane. Lexington SC will look to her as a key piece of its attacking unit heading into the 2025–26 campaign, which begins in August.

Bourgeois, the Maynard, Massachusetts, native made 24 appearances in her debut professional season and played a key role on a defensive unit that earned multiple clean sheets. 

She was selected 47th overall by the Houston Dash in the 2024 NWSL Draft before beginning her professional career in Spokane. 

At the collegiate level, Bourgeois began her career at Boston University before transferring to Santa Clara University. She totaled 51 appearances, including 43 starts, for the Broncos and recorded one goal and six assists. She earned All-West Coast Conference honorable mention honors and was named to the WCC All-Academic Team.

Nicole Vernis made her first start on February 15th against Carolina Ascent. She started in 12 matches, recorded 2 goals, and played a little over 1,000 minutes.

Vernis arrives at Lexington SC following a standout collegiate career at both the University of Georgia and the University of Florida. Over four seasons, she made  81 appearances, registering 12 goals and 13 assists, while earning numerous accolades for her leadership and on-field performances. 

At Georgia, Vernis emerged as a key playmaker and team leader, serving as a two-time captain and guiding the Bulldogs to the 2023 SEC Tournament Championship. That season, she showcased her attacking ability with six goals and seven assists, helping Georgia solidify itself as a top program in the conference. Her contributions earned her recognition on the United Soccer Coaches All-Southeast Region Second Team and Second Team All-SEC. 

Before transferring to Georgia, Vernis began her collegiate career at Florida, where she appeared in 36 matches across two seasons, contributing three goals and two assists while logging nearly 2,500 minutes on the pitch. 

Vernis is eager to bring her skills and leadership to Lexington Sporting Club as she transitions to the professional level. “I am very excited to get to work at Lexington Sporting Club. I am looking forward to competing while representing something bigger than myself,” she said.

Hannah White came off the bench in the 61st minute on February 15th to make her LSC debut against Carolina Ascent. She went on to play a little over 1,100 minutes across 14 matches and scored two goals.

Before joining the club, White was a key contributor at Georgia, recording 10 goals and five assists over two seasons in the SEC. Prior to that, she spent three seasons at USC, where she added five goals and three assists in Pac-12 competition. Her performances earned her recognition on the SEC Preseason Watchlist and the All-SEC Tournament Team. 

Known for her speed and endurance, White has registered a max velocity of 27.9 kph and an average distance of 7,758 meters per game. Her ability to create scoring opportunities and press in the attacking third will provide an added boost to Lexington SC as the club pushes forward in its debut season.
