Lexington Sporting Club announced the official signing of Maithé López March 27th, 2025.
López, 18, has been a standout for the Colombia U-20 Women’s National Team, featuring prominently in international competition. She competed in the 2024 U-20 South American Championship, helping Colombia secure qualification for the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.
With creativity, versatility, and international experience, López adds another dimension to Lexington SC’s attack. At club level, she played for Real Santander, where she continued to develop as a goal-scoring threat and playmaker.
