
LEXINGTON, Ky. – Lexington Sporting Club is set to face off against One Knoxville SC in the final of three matches the clubs will play against each other during each of their inaugural professional seasons. The Barrel Brawl final is set for Regal Soccer Stadium in Knoxville, Ten., with kickoff being scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET.
Lexington SC (6-10-6, 24 points) is coming off a 3-2 victory against CV Fuego FC, which marked the second consecutive win for the club. It also allowed the boys in green to get some much-needed revenge. The home side will enter the contest in 10th in the league standings.
One Knoxville SC (7-9-7, 28 points) will enter the match on the back of a 2-1 win on the road against Forward Madison. It marked the second win in three matches after a seven-match winless run for the club. One Knox is currently 7th in the league standings.

GAME NOTES
Lexington SC has faced off against One Knox SC twice already this season. The first, the season opener in Knoxville, saw the home side win 2-1 with Don Smart scoring the lone Lexington goal. The second match, in Lexington, ended in a 1-1 draw with Nico Brown being the goal scorer.
Lexington SC and One Knoxville SC announced an official rivalry prior to the start of the season. The winner of the aggregate total of the three games between the clubs will take with them bragging rights, a full-size whiskey barrel and a bottle of bourbon from a distiller located in the losing Club’s locale
Lexington SC is one of just four clubs to have converted 100% of the penalty kicks it has been awarded, standing at a perfect 6-6 from the spot. Don Smart has been the goal scorer on five attempts while Ates Diouf scored his first on July 9.
Jake Keegan is the man to watch for One Knoxville SC. One Knox’s leading scorer, Keegan has scored five goals this season including two from the penalty spot. Keegan scored the game-winning goal in the 40th minute against Lexington SC in the season opener while also scoring the tying goal in a 1-1 draw between the clubs on May 27. With Keegan having demonstrated an ability to score against the lads in green, it’ll be pivotal to shut him down if Lexington SC wishes to win the Bourbon Brawl Derby.
