Our Sports Performance Program is a structured training regimen designed to enhance athletic abilities across key areas such as strength, speed, agility, endurance, and mobility. Tailored for athletes of all levels, the program combines evidence-based methods with sport-specific training to optimize performance and reduce injury risk.
Dynamic Warm-Ups to prepare the body and reduce injury risk.
Sprint Drills focused on improving linear speed and explosive starts.
Agility Exercises such as ladder drills, cone drills, and shuttle runs to develop rapid direction changes and body control.
Plyometric Training to increase power and reaction time.
Strength Training targeting lower-body and core muscles for improved stability and force generation.
Mobility and Recovery Work to maintain flexibility and optimize performance gains.

Indoor 1: Mondays & Wednesdays | $200
- 4-week programs, training 2x a week
- Summer 1: June 16, 18, 23, 25, 30, July 2, 7, 9
- Summer 2: July 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30, Aug. 4, 6
- Optional time slot packages to choose from. All sessions are 1-hour.
- 10:00a or 3:00p – Ages 7-9
- 11:00a or 4:00p – Ages 10-13
- 12:00p or 5:00p – High school
