Is ADA seating available? How can I request accessible seats?
Absolutely. After you’ve selected your match and claimed your tickets through First Match On Us, just send an email to Tickets@lexsporting.com with your information and the date of the match you picked. We’ll help transfer your seats into ADA-accessible seating.
What if I picked the wrong match or need to switch dates?
No worries—mistakes happen! Send us an email at tickets@lexsporting.com and we’ll make a one-time exception to cancel your order so you can reselect a different match. Just make sure to reach out before noon on matchday, or we won’t be able to make the change.
Why am I not eligible?
First Match On Us is just for fans who’ve never attended a Lexington Sporting Club match before. If you’ve already joined us in the past, we’d love to have you back—just check out our ticket options for returning fans!
